Last week in we had the opportunity to witness the international forum (the Philippines-Japan manning forum 2008) which held in PICC we see the different VIP, different cadets of different Academy and other included guests and the most important is the President Gloria macapagal arroyo. This is the remarkable to me/us to be part of that forum in which all the Pilipino-seaman must know in relation to the current issues in the Philippines.
